Shipping Policy

Scope

VitalSculpt Labs ships physical products to addresses within the United States only, consistent with our checkout and fulfillment configuration. Products are sold for laboratory research and analytical use only, not for human or animal consumption.

Order processing

After payment is verified, we typically ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). High order volume, inventory checks, or payment review may occasionally add a short delay.

Shipping methods and carriers

We ship via common national carriers (for example UPS, USPS, and similar services). The carrier and service level are selected based on availability, rate, and destination at the time of fulfillment. You will see available options and pricing during checkout where applicable.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, cart contents, and the carrier options configured for your order. Promotional offers (such as free shipping on qualifying orders) may apply when active and eligible; any discount or promotion is reflected in checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we provide tracking information so you can follow delivery with the carrier. Tracking details are sent or made available through the same channel you used to place your order (for example, email or your account order history, when applicable).

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, loss, or return-to-sender events caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee changes after the order has entered fulfillment.

Delays outside our control

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs (if ever applicable to domestic exceptions), or other events outside our reasonable control.
